Terms and conditions

All bookings done through our platform are non-transferrable.

The time of play mentioned on our app or website is correct and
should be followed as other players will be ready when your time
ends.

Users are required to furnish the following at the time of arrival
at the Futsal Arena:
-
A copy of the Booking ID in SMS or email issued by Book My Play.
-
Failing to do so, players may not be allowed to play in the
Arena.
-
In case of any delay in time to reach the Arena by the players due
to any reason whatsoever, will not be entertained by the Arena
Owners or Book My Play and no extra time may be provided.
-
Extra time may only be provided if only there are no matches after
the current one.
-
Players are required to be at the Arena at least 30 minutes prior
to their scheduled play as mentioned on the app/website.
-
If a person intends to make a booking on behalf of another person,
it shall be the responsibility of the online user/purchaser to
inform such person about the Terms & Conditions.

In case a booking confirmation SMS or email gets delayed or fails
due to technical reasons or as a result of incorrect email
address/phone number provided by the user at the time of booking,
a slot will be
considered ‘booked’ as long
as the Booking Id shows on the Book My Play mobile
application/website.

The players will not indulge during the course of the matches into
any activity that is illegal and is in violation of any law of
India.

The passenger shall not discriminate or harass anyone on the basis
of race, national origin, religion, gender identity, physical or
mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age or
sexual orientation.

Book My Play, as being only a service provider will not be
responsible for the loss or damage to any player’s personal
belongings, loss or damage should be discussed between the players
and the Arena Owner.

All players authorize Book My Plays’ representatives to
contact any players via phone, message and email. This consent
shall supersede any preferences set by such player.

Grievances and claims related to any Booking related issue should
be reported to the Book My Play Support Team by sending an email
along with the Booking ID and mobile number to
support@bookmyplay.in within 24 hours of the play time.

In case of any dispute, all matters will be under Itanagar
jurisdiction only.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
-
Cancellation and rescheduling 24 hours prior to the game can be
100% refundable after deducting the transaction fees of the
booking amount.
-
Cancellation and rescheduling 12 hours prior to the game can be
80% refundable also including the transaction fees of the booking
amount.
-
Cancellation and rescheduling 06 hours prior to the game can be
50% refundable also including the transaction fees of the booking
amount.
-
Cancellation and rescheduling 03 hours prior to the play time is
not entertained and no refund will be available even if the user
cancels their play.
-
Cancellation of a booking online can be done via the Book My Play
mobile application or website with the user ID/login details used
at the time of booking.
-
If an online user/player faces a technical issue while cancelling
a booking via the Book My Play mobile application or website.
-
The player must notify the Book My Play Support Team at least
04 hours prior to the play time as mentioned on the app.
-
Request to cancel a ticket should be sent by email to
support@bookmyplay.in along with the player’s Booking ID
and mobile number at least 04 hours prior to the play time as
mentioned in the ticket.
-
Cancellation charges are applicable on actual Booking amount only;
service/convenience fees are not refundable.
Non-refundable service charge of
INR 100 will apply to all booking
cancellations.

Bookings are non-refundable if cancellations are requested within
03 hours of play time.

Change of Arena/ Arena cancellation: In case
there is an Arena change due to any technical or physical reasons,
Book My Play will refund
the differential amount to the player
upon being intimated via email to support@bookmyplay.in within 7
working days.

In case a user is unable to reach the arena at the given time on
the date of play and wishes to change the time/date of play, a
reschedule request can be sent to support@bookmyplay.in at least
04 hours prior to the time of the play. Booking fare difference,
if applicable, shall be borne by the player for rescheduling the
same game on a different time/date. Note: Rescheduling is subject
to availability of slots open.

Rescheduling a game can be availed only once per booking, if
applicable. Once a game is rescheduled it cannot be further
cancelled or rescheduled.
- Rescheduled games are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
-
Refunds will only be made in INR via the same payment method used
while purchasing the ticket after deducting any applicable fee
and/or charges.

Book My Play is not liable to issue refunds for bookings done
through third-party vendors/brokers and not directly via the
official Book My Play mobile application/website.

Refunds for game bookings online via the Book My Play mobile
application/website will be processed within 07 working days
(excluding public holidays) from the day of cancellation by the
player. A player’s bank may take 15-20 days to credit the
refund amount to their account or as per their bank policy.

If the refund amount is not credited to a player’s account
within 15-20 days from the date of refund, the player should send
an email to support@bookmyplay.in along with proof of game
booking, cancellation details and bank statement details so they
may be assisted.
Player’s Belongings Policy:

Each player is allowed to bring whatever is necessary for
comfortably playing in the arena their personal items such as
futsal bag, futsal shoes, socks etc.

Any personal belongings or items lost in the Futsal Arena premises
is not the responsibility of Book My play and should be discussed
upon by the player and the Arena Owner themselves.

Players should not carry items such as weapons, firearms,
ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, inflammable items or
any other articles that are prohibited under law.

Book My Play or the respective Futsal Arena Owners reserves the
right to deny entry to a player or any individual accompanying the
player, if they feel that the individual is intoxicated or feels
threatened with their behaviour or if they feel that the said
individual is carrying any of the items mentioned above.

Players are not permitted to carry any pet/animal/livestock inside
the Futsal premises.
